Submit a Claim for Damages

If you believe the City of West Des Moines has caused a loss or damage to your person or property, you may file a formal "Claim for Damages."

Please Note: The City considers all claims but is only obligated to pay when found negligent. The City does not provide legal advice; we recommend consulting with private counsel for legal questions.
