RapidSOS Emergency Health Profile

Westcom is now using RapidSOS Emergency Health Profiles to replace Smart911. This service is part of a project covering all of Polk County, Norwalk, and Waukee.

An Emergency Health Profile connects your personal health information to 911. When you call for help, dispatchers can see important details in real-time, such as:

  • Emergency contact information.
