Litter along our community streets is more than just an eyesore—it eventually washes into our streams and lakes as pollution. By joining our "Adopt A Street" program, you or your local group can help keep West Des Moines clean, protect our waterways, and build community pride.

The West Des Moines Public Services Department provides everything you need to get started, including trash bags and planning help. Once your group officially adopts a street, we will place a sign along the road to recognize your hard work and contribution.
