2026 WDMurals Exhibit

An annual, temporary public art exhibit along West Des Moines trails.

The WDMurals temporary public art exhibit returns to West Des Moines for its sixth season. Every May, artists refresh the trail system by painting new murals on the entrance and exit walls of local underpasses, turning everyday commuter paths into an evolving outdoor art display.

At the end of the season, we will crown a Best in Show Award winner based on your votes. Make sure to pick your favorite mural!
