Drop-off hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
After hours: You may use the secure drop box located at the front of the building at any time.

In Honor or Memory: You can make a gift to celebrate or remember a loved one. Please let us know when you donate so we can acknowledge your gift.
Water Bill Donations: West Des Moines residents can add a monthly donation to their Water Works bill. Simply check the "Human Services" box on your bill and write in your donation amount. Note: This amount is in addition to your regular water bill charges.
