Building Partnerships in the Community
The success of many programs and events at West Des Moines Human Services depends on the help of our dedicated volunteers. Each individual who volunteers at West Des Moines Human Services has unique skills and life experiences to offer - all of which are necessary and valuable in meeting the needs of other individuals in the community. If you have a few hours per month, we have a rewarding experience to offer you! Volunteers are currently needed in our Food Pantry and Clothing Closet as well as for special events throughout the year. Please click on the links below for more information. Volunteer opportunities are available Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm as well as on Tuesdays from 4:30 to 6:30 pm. Volunteers must be age 14 or older.
