Client Visits:

The Clothing Closet will re-open to clients on July 20th by appointment only. This service is available to income-eligible residents of West Des Moines, Clive, Urbandale and Windsor Heights. Only one household member will be allowed in the Clothing Closet per 30 minute visit (limited to one visit per month), and children are not allowed at this time. Face masks are required. You will have a short health screening upon arrival, and we practice social distancing at all times. Please click here to make an appointment. If you have questions or need assistance with making an appointment, please call 222-3660.

We are currently accepting donations on Mondays and Thursdays only between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm (excluding toys and books due to space limitations).  Donation drop-off is contact-free (donors will be asked to place donations in bins) and receipts are available. Please call 515-222-3663 if you have a specific donation you would like to drop off outside of these hours. Donations are accepted at the NE corner of our building (please follow the signage). Once you arrive, there will be bins for you to drop your donations into.  Please note, volunteers will remain behind the bins and will be unable to help transfer your donations at this time.  We ask that you wear a face mask and please keep a minimum of 6' of distance from those around you.
