Ninth Brain is a website that WDMEMS/IA EMS Alliance uses to track training sessions and continuing education attended by employees, as well as certifications. Employees can not only track outside training and classes, but there are online classes and trainings available on the website. The administrator of the website can also create classes/training sessions. 

    There are other features to the website, including the ability to submit incident reports, uniform requests, and training requests, along with other forms you can customize to your needs. You can also track immunization records, TB tests, and N95 fit tests on the website for each employee. 

    You can not only enter the certification and expiration dates of certifications, you can also scan in picture copies of the cards. That way, if a card is lost, you still have proof of the certification. One of the handy features of the website is that when certifications are entered, along with expiration dates, the website will send an email to the email address on file for the employee, 90, 60, and 30 days out from when that certification is set to expire.
