  • NF: Notification Fee ($467.50)
  • RC: Recordation Cost (Billed after County recording fees are finalized)
  • per Acre Fees: Number of acres rounded up to the nearest whole acre.
  • per Lot Fees: Includes all lots (street, buildable, and outlot).
