What You Can Do Online

Get Started

  1. Check for an Existing Account: Before creating a new profile, check if you already have one. Search for your contact info in this order:
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Last name (or First and Last name)
    • Company name
  2. Create Your Profile: If no match is found, follow the prompts to set up your account.
    Tip: If you have worked with the City before, use the same email address so you can see your project history.
