Sub-Contractor Permits (MEP)

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) permit applications must be submitted online through the City Access Portal (CAP). Please note that the Building Division no longer accepts permit applications via email.

How to Apply Online

Registration is a one-time process. Once you have an account, you can apply for and track all trade permits in one place.

  1. Go to the City Access Portal (CAP).
  2. If you are a new user, follow the Registration Instructions.
  3. Log in and follow the prompts to submit your application.
