Residential Building Permits

Residential building permits are available online through the City Access Portal (CAP). Using the portal allows you to manage your application and track progress from any device.

How to Apply Online

  1. Go to the City Access Portal (CAP).
  2. Create an account or log in.
  3. Follow the prompts to submit your application and upload plans.

If you do not have a computer, you may use the kiosk in the City Hall lobby at 4200 Mills Civic Parkway. Staff are available to help you.
