General Fee Information

  • Valuation: Most permit fees are based on the total value of the work, including labor and materials.
  • Flat Fees: Certain projects, such as fences, decks (standard sizes), or signs, may have a set flat fee regardless of valuation.
  • Payment: Fees are typically due at the time the permit is issued. Payments can be made online through the City Access Portal (CAP).
