West Des Moines Police detectives have made another arrest in their investigation of a July 4^th shooting. Detectives arrested Miles Lee (17), who is now charged with murder 1^st degree. He was taken into custody without incident. Because of the severity of the allegation, he will be charged as an adult.

Investigators believe the shooting stemmed from an argument between Lee and Byrone Sanchez-Zermeno who was arrested July 5^th. The argument ended with gunfire which resulted in the death of 17-year-old Teonnie Tillman. Detectives believe Tillman was an uninvolved bystander.

Lee was taken to Juvenile Court Intake.

West Des Moines Police say the investigation is still open. At this time, however, no other arrests are anticipated.

Any person arrested is presumed innocent unless guilt is assessed in a court of law.
