The City of West Des Moines is partnering with ETC Institute to learn how residents feel about various aspects of our community. Toward the end of June, randomly selected residents will receive a community survey in the mail from ETC Institute. This survey aims to gather feedback on important topics like road conditions, public safety, parks, and the overall quality of city services.
Your input is really important! It will help city leaders spot areas that need improvement and guide future investments. If you’re one of the selected residents, please take a few minutes to share your thoughts through the survey, whether you choose to do it online, on paper, or over the phone.
If you receive the survey, we ask that one person in your household complete it and return it as soon as possible. We appreciate your participation, and we can’t wait to share the results with everyone early next year. Let’s work together to make West Des Moines an even better place for all of us.
