• *By law, dogs living in West Des Moines must have a valid City Pet License to purchase a Raccoon River Park Dog Park Annual Permit.
• Annual Dog Park Permits go on sale November 1 each year.
• Permits are valid for one calendar year (January 1 - December 31). If purchased in November, the permit is valid from November through the following December (14 months).
• Date of current parvo/distemper and rabies vaccinations are required at the time of purchase.
