Quail Cove 1Set among the hilly landscape with a quiet creek running through it, Quail Cove Park is one of the more scenic parks in West Des Moines. The rolling topography of the park sets this park apart from other parks within the city.

Facilities include:

  • Picnic shelter (first come, first serve)
  • Restrooms (open April 15 - October 15, weather permitting)
  • Play equipment (2-5 and 5-12 year-old sections)
  • Large open playfield
  • Large rope climber
  • Basketball court (non-lighted)
  • .46 mile loop trail (unpaved)
  • Parking lot
  • Park Map
