26th Annual Cops N' Bobbers Fishing Derby

Join the West Des Moines Police Department for the 26th Annual Cops N' Bobbers Fishing Derby! This event will take place from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the pond near City Hall, located at 4200 Mills Civic Parkway. Prizes will be awarded at 11:30 a.m.

  • No fishing license is required
  • Catch and release only
  • Awards will be given for the largest fish
  • Please bring your favorite bait
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
