July 3 Independence Day Parade

Time: Line-up begins at 5:15pm on the east side of Valley High School; Parade starts at 6:30pm
Route: Due to construction on Vine Street, the July 3rd West Des Moines Independence Day Parade route will be a bit different from last year’s.
The parade will begin on Valley West Dr. (35th St.) & Ashworth Rd. heading east; turn south on Vine St.; turn south on 12th St.; turn east on Locust St.; turn north on 8th St.; turn east on Vine; turn south on 4th St. & will conclude at Maple St.



Local businesses, organizations, drill teams, dance schools, WB_125YearLogocenbw
sports teams, civic groups, churches, youth groups, clowns,
horses, neighborhoods. There is no fee to participate, however
the parade is limited. If accepted into the parade you
will receive instructions and information approximately one
week before the parade.
